3.3. In case of force majeure events, Baithaka Ghar may offer alternative accommodation or rescheduling options at its discretion.

4. User Responsibilities

4.1. You agree to use the accommodations responsibly and to comply with all rules and regulations set by the property.

4.2. Any damage caused to the property during your stay may result in additional charges.

4.3. You agree not to use the property for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1. Baithaka Ghar acts as an intermediary between guests and property owners and is not responsible for the condition, safety, or quality of the accommodations provided.

6.2. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Baithaka Ghar shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service.

7. Changes to Terms

7.1. Baithaka Ghar reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to check the Terms periodically for changes.

7.2. Your continued use of the service after any changes to the Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
